Punta Vista Park is a planned residential and commercial development in Santa Teresa, on the tip of the Nicoya Peninsula in Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica — near Cabo Blanco Natural Reserve and roughly 15 minutes from Playa Santa Teresa, Montezuma, and Playa Carmen. The project spans 127 hectares, with more than half dedicated to preservation and reforestation and less than 10% used for residential and commercial lots.
